2000 Series |
|
| |
The 2000 Series controls are stand alone AC, AC cascade, and
Inverter types. The 2000 Series control are fixed sequenced only
and each have a programming panel for operator interface.

3000 Series |
|
| |
The 3000 Series controls are the only true integrated resistance
welding controls on the market that interface with 3rd party PLC
and Robot operating systems. The 3000 welding module resides in
the host PLC/Robot rack system that allows it to interface directly
with the system programming panel, I/O commands, and other PLC
and robotic systems features. Direct access of the welding process
information via dual-port RAM enables the quickest response of
any solution.
The 3000 Series controls have free-form programming features.
They are available for AC, AC cascade, Inverter types, 3-Phase
to DC as well as 3-Phase Frequency Converters. The PLC types in
the 3000 Series are suitable for multipack configurations.

4000 Series |
|
| |
The 4000 Series controls are stand alone AC, AC cascade, Inverter
types, 3-Phase to DC as well as 3-Phase Frequency Converters.
From a user interface aspect, the 4000 Series looks and programs
like the 3000 Series control. The 4000 Series however interfaces
with PLC and Robots by means of serial interfaces such as Device
Net, Profibus, Ethernet IP, and Serial I/O.

5000 Series |
|
| |
The 5000 Series controls are stand alone AC, and Inverter types
that can be configured as singles or multipack systems. The 5000
Series interfaces with PLC and Robots by means of serial interfaces
such as Device Net, AB Remote I/O, CC Link, Profibus, and Serial
I/O. There is an on-board Ethernet port for programming requirements.
