Variations in Cylinder Response |
An upside down projection weld nut will allow current to pass however it will not produce a quality weld. Other conditions
such as non existing projections will also produce the same response - current will be detected but there will be no weld produced.
There are tools that can be used to capture such condition and then to flag the defect with a fault output. Many tools have been
created with the advent of processors used in welding controls able to interface to machine sensors.
